Our team of experienced and certified trainers are passionate about helping our clients achieve their fitness goals. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and committed to providing personalised attention to each and every client.

As part of the training for our BIG CHARITY CHALLENGE - The Malverns 20 mile hike - we will be taking part in numerous walks across the summer in preparation. The full schedule can be found below or on our booking system, ClubRight.
Starting 11th June, we are excited to be running a 7 week OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP Course. This is an intermediate - advanced session and is not suitable for under 16s. Come prepared for everything!!
On Saturday October 4th we will be undertaking a 20 mile hike in memory of Harrison Ballantyne. Funds raised will be split between 2 charities - details of these to follow. To sign up and join us for this epic challenge please email info@aspire-community.com

What is it really like inside one of our classes...
We provide a safe exercise program for less mobile and more senior members of the local community. A short workout routine is delivered with the aim of improving balance, flexibility, strength and therefore providing a greater level of independence.
All sessions include tea, biscuits and a space to relax and socialise.
Time to Move could not be delivered without the wider support of local communities. From free halls to village grants, we are proud of the way everyone pulls together to get this program up and running. A big thank you to everyone involved.
